Casey is a passionate design manager dedicated to working in human-centered design. With 15+ years of experience, she believes that good design should be accessible and advocates for inclusive design practices.

Throughout her career, Casey has worked agency and client-side, building strong cross-functional relationships across engineering, copy, product development, marketing, and executive leadership.

Her collaborative approach has consistently elevates project outcomes and delivers tangible results. Casey is comfortable both getting hands-on with the work and guiding teams through the creative process.

Currently, she focuses her expertise on 3 main pillars:

Managing and growing strong design teams.
Crafting strong design systems across design and engineering.
Fostering curiousity, strategy, and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Alongside her team, she strives to create growth, personal ownership, mentorship, and training opportunities for both internal and external design teams. She has worked with teams in Cupertino, Denver, and Portland.

Outside of work, she enjoys training her catahoula/cattle dog, capturing street photography, diving deep into a podcast or book, or jamming out in her art studio.
